There is another large development area in Ankeny that has been recently been opened up through the construction of an interstate interchange. This mixed use development will include business parks that have excellent interstate access and interstate visibility. The area around the I- 35 Corporate Woods interchange and stretching south to Interstate 80 is approximately 1,000 acres.
